Ceramic coating process

Water-based double-layer ceramic coating spraying process:

1. Substrate preheating: Ensure that the substrate temperature is between 50 and 65°C when spraying, and ensure that the bottom oil and surface oil have a residual temperature of about 40°C after spraying.

2. Primer spraying: keep the coating uniform, the thickness of the primer spraying is generally controlled at about 20 microns (excluding the thickness of sanding), and the bottom shall not be exposed.

Finishing oil spraying: keep the coating uniform, the top oil is sprayed wet-on-wet, spray the top oil directly after spraying the base oil, the film thickness is controlled at about 8 microns, and the spray must be evenly sprayed.

Water-based single-layer ceramic coating spraying process:

1. Substrate preheating: Ensure that the substrate temperature is between 45 and 55°C when spraying, and ensure that the bottom oil and surface oil have a residual temperature of about 35°C after spraying.

2. Paint spraying: keep the spray evenly, and the thickness of the sprayed film should be controlled at about 20-25 microns, not white.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating spraying process:

1. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure that there is no sink before spraying. However, it is strictly forbidden to boil the oil continuously for more than 2 hours to avoid necrosis and agglomeration of the paint;

2. Absolutely avoid violent stirring speeds, such as hand-held dispersers, to avoid coating necrosis and agglomeration;

3. Incomplete baking of the primer will cause the coating to turn yellow, lower the gloss, and even blisters in the perforations, but excessive baking will also cause the adhesion between the interlayers to decrease;

4. The paint must be filtered before spraying, especially the topcoat is easy to crust and gel at the bottom during storage in the barrel, and it is easy to spray and block the gun if it is not filtered;

5. It is forbidden to mix different types of paints. Different manufacturers or different types of paints from the same manufacturer may be incompatible;

6. The storage temperature of the paint is 1~40℃, and the storage period is 6 months at rest. It is recommended to boil the oil every two months when it is not used for a long time.

Silicone coating spraying process:

1. Pre-treatment

Substrate: aluminum or aluminum alloy and iron products conditioning equipment.

Degreasing: solvent cleaning, dipping (ultrasonic first cleaning), gas cleaning, alkali degreasing, caustic soda or burning solvent emulsification, etc.

Roughening: Basically there is no need for roughening, but roughening can improve the quality to a certain extent (it is recommended that aluminum or aluminum alloy products be treated with Puyang treatment, and iron products are treated with phosphate salt).

Cleaning: Use high-pressure air (0.4~0.6Mps) to blow or flush with water.

2. Pre-drying: Pre-warming entity temperature: about 60℃

3. Spraying process:

Paint dispersion: It is recommended to rotate and stir (the number of rotation of the container: 50~100rpm, the rotation time of the container: 20 minutes).

Paint filter: filter with 150~200 mesh filter.

Spraying: spray gun caliber: 0.8~1.2㎜ф

         Spraying pressure 0.2~0.3Mpa

         Spraying distance: 20~30㎝

         Film thickness (after sintering): 15~20цm

         Spraying viscosity: adjust according to the actual situation (the original solution can be sprayed directly)

Because the primer paint is easy to cause sedimentation and separation, it needs to be stirred and sprayed for more than 30 minutes when it is used. The paint in the hose must be poured back into the paint tank with air.

4. Baking and sintering:

The temperature control must be strict, otherwise the following situations will occur:

Insufficient sintering: poor adhesion and film characteristics.

Too much sintering: it will cause deterioration and discoloration of the coating film, resulting in poor coating film properties.

Polyethersulfone (PES) coating spraying process:

1. Workpiece treatment: degreasing and roughening (sanding/recommended 60-100 mesh sand)

 2. Paint dispersion

1. The paint is rolled and stirred for more than 15 minutes.

2. Spray viscosity Iwata 2# cup 22-30 seconds

3. Filter before spraying. (120 mesh filter is recommended)

Precautions:

    The viscosity of the paint should be adjusted appropriately as the temperature changes. When the temperature is 25-30℃, the viscosity of 22-24 seconds can be used as a reference value.

When the ambient temperature is low, the spraying viscosity should be adjusted higher, and when the ambient temperature is high, the spraying viscosity should be appropriately lowered, depending on the actual spraying situation.

 Three, spraying

1. The workpiece should be preheated to about 40°C before spraying.

2. The workpiece should enter the furnace as soon as possible after spraying, and the furnace temperature should be above 80℃.

3. The spraying film thickness is controlled within 15-30μm.

Precautions:

    Because the PES system is a strong water-absorbing coating, the air humidity is high, and it is easy to absorb water and tears when the temperature is low. Therefore, when the ambient temperature is low or the air humidity is high, the workpiece must be preheated and the furnace must be put into the furnace very quickly after spraying. Prevent the coating from absorbing water and produce poor appearance.

 Four, baking

1. Requires 380℃×10 minutes.

2. The temperature is too low, the appearance of the coating gloss is high, and the performance test is affected.

3. If the temperature is too high, the coating is easy to turn yellow, and the non-stick effect will be worse.

2. Pre-drying: Pre-warming entity temperature: around 60℃, or spraying directly without pre-heating.

3. Spraying process:

Paint dispersion: It is recommended to rotate and stir (the number of rotation of the container: 50~100rpm, the rotation time of the container: 15-20 minutes).
